- Parking - Due to the location in the city center, we do not have the possibility to park right next to the building. You can park in the nearby streets, where zone parking is in effect.
- You can find a guarded parking lot on Tylna Mariacka Street. This is a modern vertical parking facility where your vehicle is monitored.
- Restaurants, pubs, and bars are all within easy reach. Literally next to our facility, there is a full range of restaurants along Mariacka, Francuska, and Warszawska streets. You can also go to the center itself, which is 300 meters away.
- Gym with full equipment 1000 meters from the property.
- The shopping mall closest to the property is Galeria Katowicka. It's only a 5-minute straight-line walk from here. If you decide to go somewhere else, you can also go to Supersam, Libero, or Silesia City Center.
- The PKP and bus station is located in the same place as Galeria Katowicka. If you prefer the tram option, we recommend going to the Market, which is much closer, with a full range of tram line options.
- Spodek, NOSPR, Międzynarodowe Centrum Kongresowe and other facilities are just as easy to find and close by. They are 1,200 meters away.
- Entertainment for the youngest in the form of a funfair can also be found in Katowice. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the offer of the "LEGENDIA" park. For those who are more demanding, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the offer of Energylandia, which you can reach by direct bus at the interchange at Sądowa Street.
